Our worldwide teams ensure our clients benefit from decades of global presence, local expertise, and relationships with the top global investment managers across the world.The Manager Research Information Associate's primary role will be to support the fast-paced environment of financial research data aggregation, analysis, and project management. Working within a group that is both collaborative and independent, the role requires strong communication across a variety of time zones, adaptability, exceptional organizational skills, and critical thinking across a variety of tasks. Additionally, a successful candidate will have highly analytical instincts, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of creating and maintaining processes.Job DescriptionOversee central coordination across Cambridge Associates' private investment, hedge fund, and long-only research informationCollaborate with other team members to triage incoming information, assign appropriately, and complete tasks against a variety of deadlinesManage large scale operational processes for Research Teams across all asset classes within the broader Manager Research groupManage a variety of inboxes, including team-specific questions, Asana workplans, asset-class specific asks, and other one-off requestsCreate and run queries and reports from multiple databases in response to information requests from across the firm, supporting management, research, client, and marketing needsFacilitate large scale communications between the Manager Research Operations team and the individual Manager Research teamsCreate, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of long-standing, regular, and one-off reporting needsInteract regularly with a variety of different stakeholders, with the professionalism required for a range of different settingsOversee and populate multiples databases regularly with information, requiring the ability to evaluate data and use judgment to draw appropriate conclusions and propose solutionsContribute to and/or help lead Manager Research and Manager Research Operations with a variety of projects and initiativesQualificationsBA/BS with 2+ years of experience in a corporate settingStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills across a variety of roles within the team and the organizationAbility to approach tasks with flexibility and an understanding of changing prioritiesAbility to identify errors and incongruencies in a variety of datasetsSolutions-oriented with an ability to multi-task against competing deadlinesExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detail in a deadline-driven hybrid environmentHighly motivated, independent, and the ability to re-prioritize when necessaryAbility to maintain confidentiality and use discretion with sensitive informationStrong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and Asana platformsWorking knowledge of SQLBase salary range for this role:Pay Range Minimum: 63700Pay Range Maximum: 82800In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
