- You will receive, organize, and validate operational information to ensure data quality and integrity.
- You will monitor requests, deadlines, and pending issues while interfacing with internal teams and clients.
- You will support process improvements and validate system changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and track information in internal systems and controls.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and operational dashboards to consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Identify inconsistencies, carry out corrective actions, and ensure traceability of all processed information.
Qualifications:
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Systems, Accounting, or related fields.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge and familiarity with the Microsoft Office package.
- Experience with administrative, operational, back-office, or information analysis routines is a plus.
