Overview
Informatica Production Support Engineer - Phoenix, AZ Onsite role
Responsibilities
* Provide production support for Informatica ETL workflows
* Monitor and troubleshoot data integration jobs and batch processes
* Investigate and resolve production incidents and data issues
* Work with development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
* Ensure data quality, reliability, and system stability
* Support reporting tools such as MicroStrategy
* Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures
Required Skills
* Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter
* Hands-on experience in ETL development and production support
* Experience troubleshooting ETL job failures, workflow issues, and data discrepancies
* Good knowledge of Java
* Experience with MicroStrategy
* Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and resolve production incidents
* Experience working with data pipelines, batch jobs, and scheduling tools
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
* Experience supporting enterprise data platforms
* Exposure to financial services environments
* Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting
