Working remotely, the full-time Informatica IDMC Administrator will administer and maintain the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), ensuring platform stability, monitoring production workloads, and supporting application releases across multiple environments. Key responsibilities Administer, support, and maintain IDMC environments, including installation and upgrades of Informatica Secure Agents Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve performance issues to ensure platform stability Support Change Management and Release Management processes, coordinating deployments across various environments Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Platform Administration Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, including managing and upgrading Secure Agents Good understanding of AWS Cloud services and cloud-based application support Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in a fast-paced support environment
