This role focuses on enhancing existing functionality, supporting integrations, and maintaining compliance driven time and attendance systems. The position requires deep hands on experience in Workbrain and strong backend development skills.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance Infor Workbrain WFM modulesConfigure pay rules, validations, accruals, and entitlementsBuild custom forms and workflowsDesign and support HR and clock integrationsWrite and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQLDevelop Workbrain extensions using Java and J2EESupport upgrades and on premises environmentsTroubleshoot production issuesCollaborate with business and technical teamsDocument technical solutions and processesRequired Qualifications5 to 7 years hands on Infor Workbrain experience (MAX 10 YoE. We are not looking for an overly senior-level candidate)Strong Java and J2EE development backgroundAdvanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skillsExperience with retail or large workforce environmentsKnowledge of US labor and time complianceAgile delivery experienceStrong communication skillsExperience working in hybrid team environments
