Talent Manager — Commission-Only (Transition to Base + Commission)

Position Overview:
You'll sign creators, pitch brands, close deals, and manage relationships. You'll build your own roster from scratch using our systems and tools.
This is commission-only for the first 3 months. After that, if you're performing well, we transition you to base salary + commission.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a startup and take real ownership from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & Manage your own book of creators
- Recruit new influencers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Act as the main point of contact for your roster
- Pitch and secure brand deals for your creators
- Negotiate terms and manage ongoing relationships
Campaign Oversight
- Support the execution of influencer campaigns
- Track deliverables and performance
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or client-side sales
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Organized, independent, and proactive
- Comfortable in fast-moving, startup environments
