Infectious Disease Physician

An Infectious Disease Physician is sought to join a group in Palm Beach County, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. This role involves providing both inpatient and outpatient consultation services to various specialties, including Hospitalist, Surgeons, Podiatrists, and Obstetrics and Gynecologists. Practice Info

• The group specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.
• Provides both Inpatient and Outpatient consultation services.
• Provides travel immunizations and Infusion services.
• Daily Patient Volume: 25
• The practice is in 5 hospitals; physicians will be at one hospital at a time, per month rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Inpatient consultation services.
• Provide Outpatient consultation services.
• Provide travel immunizations.
• Provide Infusion services.

Compensation

• $300k salary
• Loan forgiveness program ($15k to $30k) after 2 years
• Potential Partnership
• CME assistance $1,500
• Relocation assistance available if needed

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• 1:4 weekend call

Requirements

• BC/BE in Infectious Disease
• Current Florida medical license or willing to obtain
• FL licensed Physicians highly preferred
