- The Division of Infectious Disease offers comprehensive care to patients with acute or chronic infections and is a leader in infectious disease control.
- Peconic Bay Medical Center (PBMC) is a 144-bed non-profit community hospital serving over 250,000 residents of eastern Suffolk County and Long Island's North Fork.
- PBMC features the area's only Interventional Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, a Level III Trauma Center, and a NYS-Designated Stroke Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage an average of just 8 new consultations per day, typically presenting with highly manageable, lower-complexity community-acquired and hospital-acquired infections.
- Provide dedicated inpatient consultation and follow-up.
- Conduct one designated weekly clinic day for outpatient consultations and continuity of care.
- Provide high-impact care to a small, established panel of HIV patients within the clinic setting.
Compensation
- Salary: Commensurate with Experience
- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.
