Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well‑being of patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group. Our ideal candidate will be an exceptional clinician with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board‑certified, and compassionate physician possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities.

• Work duties will include hospital rounding and call coverage, primarily weekends, and covering shifts on some holidays and when our full‑time physicians are on vacation.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Stay current with research and best practices in Infectious Disease to provide evidence‑based care.

Job Requirements

• Medical Degree.
• Completed ACGME Residency Training and Fellowship Training.
• Board Certification in Infectious Diseases - American Board of Internal Medicine.
• ACLS, Washington State Medical License, and DEA in good standing.
