Processes associate injury reports and Worker Compensation Claims.Responsible for preparing statistical reports, meeting minutes, orientation and in-service related materials and typing policies, procedures, and other related correspondence. Demonstrates the ability to compile relevant data sources into meaningful reports for use in performance improvement and decision making by the Director and administrative staff. Other duties as assigned.The associate is expected to demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills that support the organization customer service strategy.
Flexible work hours required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
