Atlas Care is hiring a part-time W-2 Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS) to provide family-centered early intervention services for infants and toddlers in Lake County, Florida.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based support in homes and community settings
• Coach caregivers and collaborate with families and service teams
• Maintain timely documentation and follow program requirements
• Travel locally for family assignments
Qualifications:
• Current Florida ITDS certification, or documented eligibility/certification in process
• Relevant education and experience in early childhood development, special education, therapy support, or a related field
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete required screening
• Strong communication, documentation, and family-engagement skills
Compensation: $30 per hour. Part-time W-2. Flexible, family-based daytime scheduling. Hours and assignments depend on family needs, location, availability, qualifications, and successful screening; specific hours are not guaranteed.
