Ascend Rehab Services is hiring an experienced and passionate Infant Development Specialist (IDS) to join our team in Antioch, CA . This position is based in a pediatric outpatient clinic and preschool setting -not home-based-and focuses on supporting toddlers ages 18 to 36 months with developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to toddlers in a clinic/preschool setting
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
- Conduct developmental assessments and write reports
- Coach caregivers during sessions to support carryover of skills
- Collaborate with other specialists and participate in team meetings
- Contribute to IFSP goals and documentation
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in early intervention (ages 0-3)
- Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field (Master's in a related field preferred)
- Strong knowledge of typical and atypical development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Clinic or preschool experience strongly preferred
