Infant & Preschool Director: Lead Learning & Enrollment

Action Day Schools is seeking an Infant & Preschool Director to lead all aspects of school operations, enrollment, family experience, and team leadership. You will start with structured training under a Mentor Director before transitioning to a permanent campus leadership role.

You will ensure licensing compliance, hire and coach staff, manage tours and admissions, and maintain a warm, engaging environment for children and families.
