I'm partnering with a global leader in industrial drive technology to recruit an Industry Sales Manager based in Phoenix, Arizona .
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established manufacturer of industrial gearing, electric motors, and power transmission solutions, supporting customers across heavy industrial markets.
The Role
- Drive new business development across heavy industrial applications.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial end users.
- Promote industrial gear reducers, electric motors, and power transmission solutions.
- Identify new opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
- Provide technical and commercial support across the territory.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of outside or technical sales experience.
- Background in industrial gearing, electric motors, or mechanical power transmission.
- Experience developing OEM, distributor, and end-user relationships.
- Strong commercial skills and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
