We're looking for an Industrial Technician to join our growing Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll support machine guarding projects from assessment through installation while partnering with engineers, manufacturers, and operations teams to improve safety and compliance at industrial facilities throughout New England.This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds—collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.

We're committed to supporting work-life balance while maintaining strong team connection and project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform onsite machine guarding assessments at manufacturing facilitiesSupport the design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of machine guarding systemsAssist with troubleshooting and modifying machine guarding solutions in active production environmentsDevelop and support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and other machine safety documentationCollaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and operations personnel to implement practical safety improvementsCoordinate equipment procurement and installation activitiesSupport both new and existing clients on industrial safety and machine guarding projectsTravel to client facilities throughout New England, with occasional travel outside the region based on project needsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHigh School Diploma or equivalent2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, production equipment, manufacturing, or a related technical fieldProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Hands-on experience with production equipment maintenance, industrial automation, or related industrial systemsFamiliarity with OSHA General Industry Standards and ANSI B11 machine safety standardsExperience supporting the design, fabrication, installation, troubleshooting, or commissioning of machine guarding systemsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyWillingness to travel primarily throughout New England, with occasional travel outside the region as project needs requireWhy You'll Love Working with UsSchedule Flexibility : Customize your work schedule to fit your life.Health & Wellness : Comprehensive health benefits to keep you and your family healthy.Continuous Learning : Access to online courses, conferences, and learning materials to fuel your professional growth.Paid Time Off : Take the time you need to recharge with our generous paid time off policy.Career Advancement : Clear paths for promotions and the opportunity to take on new challenges.Fun Team Culture : Regular team-building activities, happy hours, and company outings.The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting.
