If you enjoy hands-on manufacturing, working with industrial sewing equipment, and building products that make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture tactical and protective textile productsSew heavy-duty materials including Cordura®, nylon webbing, hook & loop, binding tape, zippers, and reinforced assembliesOperate specialty production equipment such as laser cutters, hot knives, bar tack machines, and other manufacturing equipmentFollow work orders, sewing patterns, technical drawings, and production instructionsProduce clean, accurate, and consistent stitching while maintaining high production standardsInspect completed products to ensure they meet quality, durability, and dimensional specificationsPerform routine machine maintenance including threading, bobbin changes, needle replacement, and basic troubleshootingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspaceCollaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing deadlines while maintaining exceptional qualityRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of professional industrial sewing experienceExperience operating industrial sewing machines (single needle, walking foot, bar tack, overlock/serger, or similar equipment)Ability to sew multiple layers of heavy-duty materials with precisionStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipAbility to read and follow production instructions and sewing patternsExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexteritySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 poundsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States (Government contract requirement)Preferred Qualifications:Experience manufacturing tactical gear, military equipment, backpacks, plate carriers, pouches, or load-bearing systemsExperience working with Cordura®, ballistic nylon, webbing, hook & loop, and other technical textilesExperience operating automated cutting equipment, laser cutters, hot knives, or bar tack machinesFamiliarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical drawings, and manufacturing documentationPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing environmentWhy Join Tactical Revolution?Build products that directly support U.S.
