Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

Industrial Sewing Machine Operator Overview: The Industrial Sewer supports production operations through skilled sewing, machine setup, and quality control across Marine, Industrial, and Awning product lines. This role ensures durable, high-quality finished products that meet production time standards and customer specifications.
Pay: $20/hr - $25/hr (Rogers, MN)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm with OT eligibility
Key Requirements:
* Industrial sewing experience preferred
* Experience with commercial sewing equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
* Frequent repetitive motion and fine motor skills.
* Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate industrial sewing machines.
* Follow written and verbal sewing specifications.
* Maintain production time standards.
* Perform quality control inspections.
* Maintain clean and organized workstations.
* Assist with training new sewers.
* Support other departments as needed.
* Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
