Industrial Sales Consultant – Northern Virginia, representing an established global leader in industrial solutions. ISC’s team of Industrial Sales Recruiters is seeking a motivated, energetic Industrial Sales Consultant to handle a territory of protected accounts, market and analyze customer problems, and develop solutions to repair, protect, and improve industrial facilities and equipment.
Protected Territory: Northern Virginia
Compensation: Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr; Commission (UNCAPPED); Additional compensation types: Commission.

Responsibilities
- Present and recommend industrial maintenance products and solutions
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Manage a protected territory with existing accounts and new prospects
- Provide solutions for machinery repair, protective coatings, and structural rehabilitation
- Learn to analyze customer problems and develop solutions to repair, protect, and improve industrial facilities and equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
Ideal qualifications
- 3 years minimum Industrial Sales experience
- Local market (within region) industrial sales experience
- Customer service oriented, relationship builder with excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter
- Willing to dedicate oneself full-time to this business opportunity
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of Target Industries: Military, Power, Buildings and Structures / Commercial Facilities, Water / Wastewater, Data Centers, HVAC, Aerospace
