JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Direct and coordinate injection molding product production, quality, and shipping activities.
- Review and approve customer orders and production planning based on available goods.
- Review and approve raw material orders based on production planning.
- Review and resolve production or processing problems.
- Develop and implement quality control systems.
- Set and monitor quality standards, work instructions, and procedures to ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
- Conduct audits and monitor to ensure the quality of products and compliance with quality assurance procedures and protocols. Take corrective actions for non-compliance.
- Optimize operational costs and productivity. Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance of production and quality. Take action to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Provide updates and progress reports to supervisors and management regarding production, targets, quality issues, and corrective actions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A foreign equivalent degree is acceptable.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in any occupational title for a position working in Industrial Production is required.
