As a Painter, Powder Coat, or Sandblaster, you play a critical role in producing high-quality industrial air movement equipment by preparing, coating, and finishing fabricated metal components. What We Are Looking For

We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:

• Required Experience: One (1) year of manufacturing or industrial production experience. Experience with industrial painting, powder coating, sandblasting, or similar finishing processes. Ability to read work orders and production documentation. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
• Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience with industrial spray painting, powder coating systems, sandblasting equipment, HVLP or conventional spray guns, overhead conveyor systems, hand and power tools including grinders and sanders, Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, quality-focused mindset, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, continuous improvement mindset, dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Education & Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, steel-toed footwear, and respirators when required.
