Job Description
We are seeking Industrial Painters for a great career opportunity in the Green Cove Springs, FL area who will be responsible for maintaining technical equipment for the job and ensuring that they are in working order, using a wide array of painting tools including thin and thick brushes and airbrushes, among other duties.
Overtime every week with a standard 50 hour work week means you earn over $800 per week!
Schedule:1st Shift - Monday thru Friday, 5am to 3:30pm
And Weekend Warrior - Friday to Monday 4am to 4:30pm
Pay: $19-21, depending on experience
Job Duties of the Industrial Painter:

• Paint sheet metal components.
• Prepare surfaces for painting.
• Maintain technical equipment for the job and ensure that they are in working order.
• Possess the ability to use an array of painting tools, including thin and thick brushes, airbrushes, and rollers.
• Safely dispose of chemical waste.
• Ensure that high safety standards are met.
• Utilize different painting techniques based on the nature of the surface.
• Utilize special safety equipment such as painting goggles.
• Use viscosity cups and thickness gauges to measure the amount of paint to be used and the texture of the paint.
• Paint small items and do touch-ups.
• Ensure proper ventilation after the paint is applied.
• Polish metallic surfaces.

Skills and Qualifications of the Industrial Painter:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some experience painting with a spray gun.
• Proficiency with technical machinery.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Diligence and attention to detail.
• Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
