Industrial Painter
Trillium Staffing is currently seeking industrial painters for a direct hire industrial painter opportunity with a well-established manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area. This industrial painter role focuses on applying industrial-grade coatings to large fabricated steel components used in heavy-duty lifting equipment shipped worldwide.
Industrial painter responsibilities include preparing paint materials and maintaining painting equipment, prepping steel beams and components for coating application, operating within a spray booth environment, applying industrial-grade coatings to sandblasted steel surfaces, following all safety procedures for handling and disposing of paint materials, and supporting additional duties as assigned.

1st shift: Monday - Thursday 5:45AM - 3:15PM, Friday - 6:45 AM - 10:45AM (1/2 day Fridays). 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday 2:30PM – 1:00AM (3-day weekend). Pay: $22–$27/hour.
Industrial painter qualifications include prior experience as an industrial painter using conventional or airless systems preferred, ability to wear full-body protective gear, must be able to pass respirator fit testing and wear as required, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
