Industrial Painter
Pay: $20-$23/hr (based on shift and experience)
Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Join a growing manufacturing team and help build windmill towers used in the renewable energy industry. As an Industrial Painter, you'll prepare and paint large steel structures using industrial coatings, spray equipment, and blasting techniques in both indoor and outdoor production environments.
What You'll Do
- Prepare metal surfaces through sanding, blasting, and cleaning
- Apply industrial coatings to steel windmill towers using spray equipment
- Work in paint booths and production areas
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We're Looking For
- Industrial painting, paint prep, or sandblasting experience preferred
- Experience with spray guns and industrial coating applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
