Industrial Paint Technician
We are seeking a dependable Industrial Paint Technician to paint newly manufactured agricultural machinery before it is shipped to customers and dealerships. This is a full-time position located in Adel, GA , with starting pay around $15.00 per hour .
Responsibilities
- Apply paint and coatings to newly built agricultural machinery using air-powered spray painting equipment
- Prepare machinery and surfaces for painting
- Ensure even, consistent paint coverage and a quality finished appearance
- Inspect completed work for runs, missed areas, or other finish issues
- Maintain and clean spray guns and painting equipment
- Follow proper paint mixing, handling, and safety procedures
- Keep the painting and work area clean and organized
- Work with the production team to ensure equipment is completed on schedule
Requirements
- Previous automotive painting, industrial painting, or air/spray painting experience preferred
- Familiarity with spray guns and air-powered painting equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work around large agricultural machinery
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and ability to work well with a team
- Willingness to follow all required safety procedures
