Content is not substituted or modified without approval from the Senior Director or B2B Curriculum ManagerAdapt delivery style to meet the needs of adult learners across varying levels of prior experience without compromising technical content or pacingPrepare for each session in advance. Students and client personnel notice the difference between an instructor who is ready and one who is notMaintain accurate attendance records and student progress documentation throughout each cohortIdentify students who are struggling and intervene early.Lab Management and SafetySet up and manage the lab environment for each session; equipment operational, materials staged, space organized before students arriveEnforce all safety protocols without exception. Students must learn to use a multimeter confidentlyElectrical labs; wire stripping, electrical device wiring and testing, DMM functions, Romex wiring, and receptacle lab projects.
