Breakthru Beverage Group seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support its high-volume beverage distribution operations. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, packaging lines, material-handling systems, and facility equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe, reliable performance. You’ll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, read blueprints and schematics, and use a CMMS to track work orders.
Working closely with operations and safety teams, you’ll help drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability while supporting a collaborative, people-first culture with strong growth opportunities.
