Industrial Machine Operator

Industrial Machine OperatorAerotek is hiring experienced Industrial Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Delhi, CA. We are looking for mechanically inclined operators who are comfortable running production machinery, making equipment adjustments, performing changeovers, and troubleshooting minor issues to keep production running efficiently.Responsibilities include:Operate and monitor industrial production equipmentSet up machines and perform product changeoversMake adjustments to equipment during production as neededMonitor machine settings and production conditionsTroubleshoot minor mechanical and equipment issuesPerform basic preventative maintenance and inspectionsComplete quality checks to ensure product meets specificationsIdentify equipment issues and communicate maintenance needsFollow safety procedures, SOPs, and production requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications include:Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience performing machine setups, adjustments, or changeoversAbility to troubleshoot basic equipment issuesMechanically inclined and comfortable working around industrial machineryExperience with HMIs, production controls, pumps, valves, conveyors, or processing equipment is a plusFood/beverage, dairy, chemical, agricultural, packaging, or industrial manufacturing experience is a plusAbility to work safely in a fast-paced production environmentWe're looking for someone who does more than simply load material and start a machine. The ideal candidate understands how their equipment operates, can recognize when something isn't running correctly, and can make the necessary adjustments to maintain production.This is a Contract position based out of Delhi, CA. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
