Industrial General Superintendent

Reports To: VP of Operations

INPWR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial General Superintendent to lead and oversee industrial electrical construction operations across multiple projects nationwide. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards while developing field personnel and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be based in or willing to relocate to Indianapolis, Indiana , and have extensive experience managing industrial electrical construction projects and field teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple job sites, Site Superintendents, Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices.
• Oversee industrial electrical installations, including water/wastewater, manufacturing, and process facilities.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with NEC, OSHA, contract requirements, and company standards.
• Manage workforce planning, manpower allocation, labor tracking, and project staffing.
• Conduct site visits, QA/QC reviews, progress evaluations, and project coordination meetings.
• Support project teams with scheduling, documentation, mobilization, and execution strategies.
• Mentor and develop field leadership while promoting a strong safety culture and INPWR's core values.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Human Resources, subcontractors, and customers.

Qualifications

Required

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Strong industrial construction background in environments such as:
• Water/Wastewater
• Manufacturing Facilities
• Chemical Plants
• Oil & Gas
• Heavy Industrial Facilities
• Ability to obtain a Master Electrician License within 12 months if not currently held.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical safety standards, motor controls, instrumentation, VFDs, and industrial systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects and crews simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel nationally on a frequent basis.

Preferred

• Medium Voltage Experience.
• Experience with Autodesk Build and Bluebeam.
