Field SupervisorThe Field Supervisor oversees daily crew operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. This role manages field crews, monitors performance, supports training, and coordinates scheduling and safety procedures.ResponsibilitiesConduct daily safety tailgate meetings before crews begin workEnsure crews have the proper tools, equipment, and PPEMonitor crew safety compliance and job performance in the fieldProvide training and support to field crews as neededTrack daily crew activity and performanceCoordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, proposals, and project needsConduct weekly performance audits and crew meetingsCreate and manage weekly crew schedulesPerform monthly truck and equipment inspectionsCommunicate client updates and operational changes to field crewsQualificationsRequired5+ years of relevant experienceHigh school diploma or GEDProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong communication skillsAbility to pass a drug screen and background checkAuthorized to work in the U.S.PreferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong problem-solving and leadership skillsTravelUp to 50% travel annually (may increase during outage periods)Overnight and out-of-state travel may be requiredPer diem providedWork EnvironmentOffice and field environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods
