Their water treatment operations help industrial and municipal customers manage, treat, recycle, and reuse water through specialized equipment, technologies, and treatment systems.About the PositionWe are looking for an Industrial Fabrication & Assembly Associate to assist with the production and fabrication of specialized water treatment equipment and systems. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, equipment, and materials and wants to develop their skills in industrial fabrication and assembly. You will work as part of a team to fabricate, assemble, and prepare components used in specialized water treatment systems. The position involves operating industrial equipment, pipe fitting, working with different materials, and occasionally assisting with field repairs and installations.What You'll DoAssist with the production and fabrication of specialized water treatment equipment and systemsOperate a variety of industrial equipment, including: Forklifts, Scissor lifts, Drill presses, Belt sanders, Band saws, Bench grinders, IronworkersFabricate and assemble components for water treatment systemsPerform pipe fitting using materials such as: PVC, CPVC, Fiberglass, Stainless steelUse hand tools and power tools safelyFollow established safety procedures and workplace guidelinesKeep the work area clean, organized, and safePerform confined-space entry into small tanks with approximately 14? x 18? manways when neededTravel to customer locations for field repairs and equipment installations as requiredComplete required records, reports, and documentationWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable learning new equipment and processes.
Qualifications include: Previous experience operating industrial machinery or fabrication equipment, Ability to safely perform physical, hands-on work, Comfortable using tools and working with equipment, Strong attention to detail, Commitment to workplace safety, Ability to work effectively as part of a team, Comfortable working in confined spaces when required, Willingness to travel for occasional field repairs and installations Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, mechanical, pipe fitting, or industrial experience is a plus.
