Manufacturing Industrial Engineer - Timken Aerospace (Keene, NH)

Responsibilities
* Increase accuracy of standards and maintain integrity of master data settings.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and support processes.
* Monitor and correct levels of adherence to standards.
* Assist project engineers with ROI development.
* Accurately cost new products at deployment and monitor for costing anomalies.
* Understand and communicate ERP system functionality across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Familiarity with a wide range of manufacturing methods (internship experience in industrial engineering preferred).
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
* Highly organized and process‑oriented.
Physical Requirements
* Use of hands, legs, both near/far vision, and hearing.
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
* Requires extensive periods of walking and standing.
