In this role, you will analyze manufacturing processes, develop standard work, design efficient layouts, and lead continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
You will collect and interpret production data, conduct time studies, and implement cost, quality, and safety improvements. Working cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams, you will support new product introductions, capacity planning, and sustainment of high-precision aerospace manufacturing standards.
