$65,000-$80,000 Starting Salary
No Engineering Degree? No Problem. If you've built your career in sheet metal fabrication, CNC programming, CAD design, or manufacturing , we'd like to talk with you. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience who understands how sheet metal products are designed, programmed, and manufactured.
What You'll Do

• Create and modify designs using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Develop manufacturing drawings and production documentation
• Program laser and turret punch equipment (Striker or similar)
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with production, customers, and leadership from concept through production

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing
• Proficient with CAD software (Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• CNC programming experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working on the production floor with manufacturing teams
