Job Summary
Seeking a Continuous Improvement Process Engineer to drive Lean, productivity, and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse cycles, material flow, and end-to-end plant processes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement across front-end, warehouse, production, and delivery processes.
Lead/support Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED, Visual Management, and Lean initiatives.
Identify process gaps and implement productivity and cost-saving action plans.
Track Direct Labor Productivity and plant performance metrics.
Support Smart Factory and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
Lead Value Stream Mapping and Product Lead Time improvement.
Drive cross-functional teams and sustain continuous improvement standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
4+ years of experience with Lean/Production Systems.
Strong warehouse cycle and total material flow knowledge.
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and Kaizen.
Experience in manufacturing/assembly environments.
Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with change management and cross-functional team leadership.
Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
