Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, process optimization, and manufacturing efficiency within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Conduct time studies, labor studies & takt time analysis
  • Identify cost savings & process improvement opportunities
  • Develop facility layouts & manufacturing plans
  • Optimize material flow, warehouse flow & logistics
  • Develop and approve ergonomic packaging solutions
  • Perform DFM/DFA & manufacturability studies
  • Develop equipment plans, automation & line balancing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production/process issues
  • Support new product launches & process changes
  • Train production and quality teams on new processes
