We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support production at a large plant in Lexington NC!
The work is hands-on and focused on keeping industrial equipment running, troubleshooting electrical issues, and minimizing production downtime.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Experience with motors, power systems, and industrial automation
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control system problems
- A 2-year degree in electrical or a related field
Compensation:
This role is in support of a production environment with Base Pay Hourly, Bonuses, Overtime. On target earnings first year is 100k split between the three.
Any experience in Metals manufacturing, forging, smelting, rolling etc, is highly desired.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with complex equipment, and seeing the results of their work firsthand.
