Job TitleProvide service and support needed to keep all Buildings & Grounds systems up and runningShift: 1stPay: $27.00 to $32.00 per hourCompensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidates with additional relevant degrees or certifications and extensive experience may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.Top Skills And AbilitiesMust be able to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and electronic prints.Must have knowledge of basic industrial maintenance and the ability to repair and install all types of plumbing fixtures, lines, connections, etc.Must be able to assist in rigging, setting and installing heavy machineryMust have advanced knowledge of electricity, power distribution, and all aspects of industrial electrical installations.Must be capable of installing cabling and conduit.Must have experience working with and troubleshooting electrical control circuitsMust have basic understanding of IT networks and ability to terminate network cablesBasic experience with welding and fabrication is a plus.Top Actual TasksCoordinate and conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on all buildings & grounds and infrastructure.Assist with the installation of new machinery and equipment.Read prints, identify needed parts/service, check availability of parts, obtain quotes, and work with purchasing to order parts & service.Accurately complete maintenance logs, work orders, weekly maintenance worksheets, and other paperwork requested by the Company.Must be able to work with outside ContractorsMust work closely with the IT departmentMust make sure that all work is performed to code.Although we have described above what we are generally looking for, we are very likely missing other attributes and skills that may make you a great fit!
