Industrial Cybersecurity Expert

To support the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time Industrial Cybersecurity Expert will analyze regulatory requirements, develop cybersecurity processes, and train teams to ensure compliance, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Performing requirements engineering by specifying, reviewing, analyzing, and tracing cybersecurity requirements Shaping a unified requirements engineering concept and implementing it across the organization Collaborating with various teams to drive the rollout and training of cybersecurity processes and activities Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification Expertise in requirements engineering, particularly in OT or product security, with experience using tools like Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS Experience in defining and training cybersecurity processes within an enterprise organization Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards such as IEC 62443, CRA, and NERC CIP Proficiency in English and familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
