We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with hands-on experience in Pivotware, Detect-It, and Proplanner to support manufacturing operations, production process development, and quality control initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing control systems and production processes.
- Utilize Pivotware to support manufacturing process control, error-proofing, and quality assurance activities.
- Work with Detect-It to support inspection, defect detection, and manufacturing quality requirements.
- Use Proplanner for manufacturing process planning, work instructions, process documentation, and production optimization.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and production teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the integration and validation of manufacturing systems and production line processes.
- Analyze production data, identify process gaps, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
