Industrial / Construction Electrical SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced Industrial/Construction Electrical Supervisor who is not only able to lead crews in the field but is also willing and capable of working with their tools. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising electrical installations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project schedules, and actively participating in field work alongside the crew when needed. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly skilled electrician, and someone who leads by example on the job site.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on industrial and construction projectsPerform hands-on electrical work including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs as neededRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specificationsEnsure all work is completed in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standardsManage job site productivity, manpower, and workflow efficiencyCoordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other tradesInspect completed work to ensure quality and code complianceTrain and mentor apprentices and journeymenMaintain job site documentation and progress reportsRequirements5+ years of industrial and/or commercial electrical experience (supervisory experience preferred)Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and troubleshootingAbility to work in the field with tools while supervising othersFamiliarity with NEC code and OSHA safety regulationsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel or work on varying job sites if requiredPreferred QualificationsJourneyman Electrician License (or equivalent experience)Previous foreman or supervisory experience on industrial projectsExperience with large-scale construction or plant/industrial environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for advancementSteady, long-term workSupportive team environmentOvertime opportunities (if applicable)
