Indirect Loan AssociateThe Indirect Loan Associate is responsible for processing indirect consumer loan applications received through the credit union's dealership network. Serving as the primary point of contact for participating dealerships throughout the lending process, this position receives and processes loan applications, gathers required documentation, prepares loan files for underwriting review, and coordinates loan funding. While the primary focus is supporting indirect lending, the Indirect Loan Associate also assists with processing direct consumer loan applications as business needs require.
This position works closely with dealership personnel, members, underwriters, and internal departments to ensure timely, accurate loan processing while providing exceptional service.Job Requirements:Knowledge of loan processing functions and related requirements and procedures.Well organized and strong typing abilities.One to two years of varied office experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Good verbal public relations skills.All employment applications must be submitted electronically.
