Responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of accounts receivable, the full-time Indiana RCS Analyst will manage provider enrollment, claim submissions, and patient collections while adhering to departmental productivity standards, with remote eligibility for candidates residing in Indiana. Key responsibilities Oversee provider enrollment, charge description master, and fee schedule maintenance Manage claim submissions, third-party follow-up, and cash posting Handle denial appeals, audit defense, and patient collections Required qualifications Experience in revenue cycle management or accounts receivable Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding practices Familiarity with claim submission processes and denial management Ability to commute to designated IU Health facilities as needed Residency in Indiana for remote eligibility
