Indiana Licensed Social Worker

To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Social Worker will provide outpatient mental health services remotely, working Monday through Friday with no weekends. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy services through telehealth to a diverse patient population Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their mental health goals Utilize technology effectively for patient communication and documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance Required qualifications Master's level degree in social work or related field with active Indiana licensure Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred Ability to maintain a private workspace for patient confidentiality and safety
