Indiana Licensed Remote Therapist

To support a growing practice, the full-time Indiana Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload in a fully remote environment with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and clinical autonomy Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling and billing Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
