Key responsibilities Manage provider compensation assessments, analysis, and implementation of compensation models Oversee the Provider Compensation Administration, Provider Analytics, and Provider Monitoring teams Ensure compliance with policies and regulations related to provider compensation and contracting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a quantitative field Minimum of seven years' experience in accounting, finance, or operational analysis Membership with the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals Expertise in designing and implementing provider compensation models Strong communication skills to educate leaders and providers on compensation matters
