To support a growing network of midlife providers, the part-time Indiana Licensed Menopause Provider will conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, develop treatment plans, and manage medications for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause as an independent contractor. Key responsibilities Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause Assess symptoms and develop or adjust treatment plans, including prescribing medications when appropriate Maintain timely and accurate documentation while adhering to clinical and compliance standards Required qualifications Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Indiana Minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including hormone therapy management Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently
