To provide comprehensive telehealth services, the full-time Indiana Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will manage patient care focused on hormone optimization and preventive healthcare, working remotely with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Key responsibilities Deliver patient care through telemedicine, focusing on hormone management and medical weight loss Conduct clinical assessments and make informed medical decisions to enhance patient health outcomes Build and maintain strong patient relationships through effective communication and support Required qualifications Active Indiana Family Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license Current Indiana CSR and FULL DEA registration at the time of application National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and applicable board certification No current or pending malpractice lawsuits Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, women's health, or preventive medicine is preferred
