Providing day-to-day leadership and support to the medical coding team, the full-time remote Indiana Licensed Coding Supervisor will ensure coding quality, productivity, and compliance while fostering a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Supervise and support medical coding staff, ensuring adherence to department standards Monitor and verify coding quality and performance, identifying areas for improvement Provide training and ongoing education to coding staff while assisting with problem-solving related to coding issues Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required Certification such as Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is required Five years of previous medical coding experience is required Bachelor's Degree is preferred Previous leadership, supervisory, or training experience is preferred
