To support a growing maternal health program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Clinical Provider NP/IBCLC will conduct telehealth consultations, perform clinical assessments, and provide education on lactation and maternal mental health, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct telehealth consultations and clinical assessments for lactation and maternal health Document patient findings, develop care plans, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed Provide education and resources to empower families in making informed decisions about infant care and feeding Required qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in a clinical field (Nurse Practitioner) Professional licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing Certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) or Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience, including at least 2 years as a CLC/IBCLC Interest in maternal health and improving health outcomes
