Indiana Licensed Bodily Injury Specialist

To support a growing claims team, the full-time remote Indiana Licensed Bodily Injury Specialist will conduct investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements for bodily injury claims. Key responsibilities Plans and conducts investigations to assess coverage and liability for claims Completes Bodily Injury Evaluation forms and compiles information for claims committee discussions Evaluates claims for potential fraud and collaborates with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency required; a 2-year degree or higher in a related field is preferred At least one year of automobile liability experience is required Minimum of 2 years of previous auto liability claim handling experience or 1 year of bodily injury claims experience preferred Must currently hold or have the ability to secure and maintain adjuster license(s) within 60 days of employment Knowledge of applicable insurance statutes, regulations, and case law
